Dargan Healthfoods & Therapy Centre, Castletroy Shopping Centre, Limerick is now entering its 20th year in business. All of our staff are highly motivated and fully believe in our range of products.
Manager Nicola has been with the shop since 2006. Starting as a part-time employee, Nicola has developed a love for the health food business and took over the day to day running of the shop in 2012. She has a degree in business from LIT but has also qualified in Ear Candling and hopes to add Indian Head Massage this year also.
Assistant Manager Elaine comes from a pharmacy retail background and joined the shop in 2015. Having previously studied beauty therapy Elaine is hoping to become a qualified reflexologist this year. She has a passion for customer service and we are delighted to have her working with us.
We have two qualified Nutritional Therapists in-store.
Anna-Marie qualified with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2012 and her main areas of interest are gut health, energy and mental health. She is available to assist with your nutritional and health queries both in store or by booking a private consultation in our therapy room.
Anne Marie studied with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health (IINH) qualifying in 2010 and joined us in 2015. Her special interests include women’s health, weight loss and stress. She has a practice in Bruff, Co. Limerick but is also available to meet privately with clients, by appointment, in our own therapy room.
Working part-time with us we also have Stacy and Amy.
Stacy joined us last year having worked as a hairdresser since she was a teen, she is now ready to try something new and is enjoying working in the health food area.
Amy is our most recent addition coming on board this summer, she is hoping to attend college this year to study Law and Taxation.
